Good news: it is all possible, and I can help you with all your requests and questions.
Travel Information
Asia is the largest continent on Earth and every country is very different. Something that most of the countries have in common though: it is cheap to travel and people are generally very friendly. Find out more specific information about some of my favourite Asian countries below.
Vietnam
Super diverse, seemingly more scooters than people, and amazing (cheap) food. There are plenty of options for good hotels in Ho Chi Minh and you can easily stay in a 4-star hotel for $100 AUD. In Ho Chi Minh I also really recommend to have dinner at a restaurant called Noir, where you eat and drink in complete darkness and are served by blind people. You choose a set menu, either vegetarian, East, or West. Must do! I can help you here with (private) tours and all accommodation options like hotels and hostels. For single travellers, organised group travel options to meet more fun people are also aplenty.
Cambodia
One of the poorest countries in Asia, but that seems to make its people more aware of life and very friendly. The temples around Siem Reap are mind-blowing and super spectacular. Keep in mind that there are hundreds of tourists here, but that doesn’t have to hinder you taking in the amazing views or shooting great pictures! My friend and I explored the temples with a private car with aircon (I really recommend this in monsoon seasons) and I was really loving our driver. Every time we came back, sweating after seeing another gorgeous temple, he had cold water ready for us. I can help you here with (private) tours and all accommodation options like hotels and hostels. I can also help you with organised group travel to meet more people.
Thailand
Everyone must go to Thailand at least once in their life. From the beautiful jungle in the North to the stunning (party) islands in the South. The floating bungalows in Ko Sak National park are located on a beautiful lake which you can only access by boat. I went to Thailand with a guided tour called Intro Travel, which starts in Bangkok and finishes in Koh Pha-ngan (famous for the Full Moon Parties). It is even more fun than it sounds like! Oh, and skip Phuket, I find it a bit overrated with way too many tourists. I can help you with (private) tours and accommodation, with a choice out of hostel or hotel. For single travellers, organised group travel options to meet more fun people are also aplenty.
Laos
If you thought Vietnam was cheap, Laos is absolutely winning. Everywhere you go you will find loads of history and nature. The waterfalls in Luang Prabang are probably the most stunning waterfalls I have seen in the world. Also, do not miss out on river tubing in the North in Vang Vieng, the views are stunning! This country is amazing and so close to Thailand and Vietnam. I can help you with (private) tours and accommodation, with a choice out of hostel or hotel. I can also help you with organised group travel to meet more people.
Sri Lanka
Let’s be honest: I have a lot of favourite countries (no surprises here) but Sri Lanka is for sure in my top 3. When I was there, we saw wild elephants next to the road, the most stunning beaches, so much culture and history, and loads of temples and buddhas. Sporty travellers will enjoy all the surf breaks and surf lessons that are available here. Did you know that Galle has a lot of Dutch heritage? I recommend to spend at least 2 weeks in Sri Lanka, you won’t be disappointed. I can help you here with (private) tours, accommodation choice out of hostel or hotel. I can help you also with organised group travel to meet more people, I highly recommend One Life Adventures here.
Philippines
The Philippines offers an authentic experience of Asia that is hard to beat by any other country. From the crystal-clear turquoise water lapping secluded white beaches to the majestic limestone cliffs surrounding by tiny villages, every day you will be met with breath taking places and experiences. Do not miss out on Puerto Princesa Underground River, and visit pretty Palawan Island with its colourful sunsets. A trip with One Life Adventures is the way to go here.

Travel Information
Europe is the second smallest of the continents and it has so much history. I was born and raised in the Netherlands but I spent much of my childhood on board of an 80-meter barge ship, mainly used on rivers and canals. Lucky me, as I saw a lot of beautiful Northern Europe that way!
You can easily access most European countries by car or campervan = road trip! Other options to get around are by plane, bus, or train. Flights between main European cities are pretty cheap.
Every country you visit has a different culture with different languages. When you visit Belgium, you must go to Antwerp and eat yummy plaice there, a Belgium flatfish (scholletjes in Dutch). Or, if you find yourself in the South of the Netherlands in the right season (April-June): white asparagus are a real delicacy.
A city trip to Madrid or Paris, a beach holiday in Portugal, or a sailing trip around the Greek islands, I can arrange it all. Options include (private or organised group) tours, accommodation, sailing tours, car and campervan hire and there are plenty of hostels or hotels to choose from.

Travel Information
Not keen for Oceania, Asia or Europe? No worries at all, there are a lot more countries to explore in the wider world! I personally loved what I have seen of South America so far. You can visit pretty Peru and hike up the Rainbow Mountains, or explore the Amazon rainforest with the greatest biodiversity in the world. Hikers will also love the Andes; it is the world’s longest continental mountain range.
Maybe you are an island fan like me and want to add Easter Island, one of the most remote islands in the world, to your bucket list. And no decent social media account can go without some alienistic pictures of the Bolivian salt lakes.
Is the North more your scene, then the USA or even Canada is the place to go. Did you know Canada holds more than half of the lakes in the world? You can also see the Northern Lights from almost everywhere in the country.
There’s more! I still have South Africa high on my bucket list, I can’t wait to see lions, giraffes, and zebras in the wild. Care to join?
A Taste of More Tours in the Wider World
Is your next travel destination not on my page?
I work closely with the biggest group travel companies, like G Adventures, Topdeck, Contiki, One Life Adventures and Intrepid, just to name a few. If you prefer a more tailor-made package, I also have a close relationship with On-the-Go Tours or I can put your package together personally.
Together we can make your holiday exactly how you want it and I know you will love every second of it! Even if it is just a hotel night in New York City, a humpback whale swim experience or a Great Barrier Reef tour, let me know what you have in mind and I am happy to help you with any questions.
