This day trip offers scuba diving and/or snorkeling on some of the best dive and snorkel locations on the Outer Great Barrier Reef from Cairns. Go aboard the AquaQuest, a new luxury vessel fully equipped with modern state of the art facilities. Passengers are provided with unrivalled comfort as we visit the reefs that are on the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef, approximately 70km offshore. These unique sites offer superb coral formations and an abundance of coral and marine life!
AquaQuest will visit two different reef locations on the day and allows over four hours to explore the reef. The vessel has access to 17 exclusive moorings on the Outer Great Barrier Reef to ensure diverse diving and a minimal environmental impact on our beautiful reef. Dive sites are chosen on a daily basis by the vessel’s captain for the best variety and visibility according to the weather conditions.
